Creamy Chicken Cheese Spread

Ingredients

3 tbsp
Anchor whipping Cream
1/4 c
Anchor Cream Cheese
2 pcs
Chicken breast, deboned
1/4 c
Mayonnaise
3 tbsp
Pickle relish
4 pcs
fresh or canned asparagus
Salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:

  1. Cook the chicken breast in boiling water and season with salt and peppercorns. Once chicken is cooked drain and cut into cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blanch the asparagus, drain and let cool. Cut the asparagus into small pieces and add to the cooked chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper and pickle relish. Add the chicken and asparagus and mix well.
Transfer to a Refrigerate. Best served when chilled.
