Ingredients
3 tbsp | Anchor whipping Cream |
1/4 c | Anchor Cream Cheese |
2 pcs | Chicken breast, deboned |
1/4 c | Mayonnaise |
3 tbsp | Pickle relish |
4 pcs | fresh or canned asparagus |
Salt and pepper to taste |
- Cook the chicken breast in boiling water and season with salt and peppercorns. Once chicken is cooked drain and cut into cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Blanch the asparagus, drain and let cool. Cut the asparagus into small pieces and add to the cooked chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper and pickle relish. Add the chicken and asparagus and mix well.
Transfer to a Refrigerate. Best served when chilled.
